Heliades Villas offer a magnificent collection of three luxury Cycladic villas and a Suite completely private, with private swimming pools and gardens, and amazing views to the Aegean, secluded from the main towns but close to a beautiful beach and many picturesque villages. So, if you’re looking at planning a villa holiday for the first time, these are a few steps to follow to make everything even easier.
Step One: Create an invite list
This step is important before you book your holiday stay. You need to know how many people you’re booking for, and how many bedrooms they’ll need in total. Heliades Villas and Suite can make it especially easy to define your villa search by the number of guests. You can search for and book for anything from 2 to 30 guests. For your information our three Villas can accommodate up to 26 guests (8 in Helias, 8 in Etheria and 10 guests in Phivi, and an additional number of 4 guests in our newly restored Suite)
Step Two: Decide which Villa you prefer
Depending on the number of your group you can easily decide in which property you would prefer to stay. Check out our availability and prices, and If you still can’t decide you can always contact us for further details, or take a further look at our Villas and the amenities we provide.
Our property manager can offer you further recommendations and help you plan your holidays down to the smallest details.
Step Three: Collect a deposit from your group
Once you have decided in which property you want to stay start collecting the money from your group.
It’s a good idea to ask us about the activities we can arrange for you in order to get your budget according to plan. At Heliades Villas we can offer private chef, arrange yoga classes or training, offer you restaurant and cruise recommendations, arrange for your grocery shopping or make sure the house is stocked with extra bottles of wine or any other beverage of your preference.
Step Four: Plan the food and drink
This is key to any holiday. Our holiday villas offer self-catering facilities, private chef-hire, the option to have your fridge filled before arrival or even a welcome hamper ready for you. All available options can be sorted out with our concierge team.
If you plan to do all the cooking yourself, don’t forget to check out the villa’s kitchen facilities, and ask us for the local restaurants.
Step Five: Plan your activities
Your stay at Heliades Villas can be full of action or as restful as you want it to be. You should always keep in mind that we will happily take care of your transfers from or to the port, book your car rental, organize and schedule your yoga sessions, beach tour etc. Our concierge team can customize your villa holiday however you please, so do not hesitate to contact us for any query you have.
